Support Service Terms

Maintenance Fee

The annual cost of the Maintenance and Support service, 12 months, is 20% of the software list price x licenses purchased.

Service Period

The Maintenance and Support service period is start from the date that full payment is made, last for 1 year.

Free Updates and Upgrades

You are eligible to receive free major and minor updates and upgardes during Maintenance and Support period. You will be automatically notified via email of the availability of new versions to download.

Technical Support

We provide technical support via email, telephone and our website during Maintenance and Support period.

Renewal

You will be automatically sent an invoice via email for annual Maintenance and Support service renewal, one month prior to the end of each Maintenance and Support period. If full payment is not received within one month of the invoiced date, then it will be assumed that you do not wish to renew and your annual maintenance will be terminated. A reinstatement fee will be charged should you wish to resume the service.

Reinstatement

If you terminate Maintenance and Support or fail to pay the renewal fee within one month of the invoiced date, and you later wish to reinstate Maintenance and Support service, a fee equal to 50% of the software list price x licenses purchased will be charged (i.e. your 20% annual maintenance fee PLUS an additional 30% reinstatement fee).

Termination

The Agreement can be terminated at any time in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. In case of termination, Arontac Systems will not pro-rata or issue any refunds for any unused service time on this agreement.
